Are plans monthly or annual?
Annual pricing — Basic $149/yr, Pro $349/yr, Elite $549/yr.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades or downgrades apply immediately with prorated billing.
How many event applications do I get?
Basic includes 2 per month; Pro and Elite include unlimited applications.
Do you take a cut of bookings?
Platform fees are built in; standard payment-processor fees still apply.

Yes — Pro and Elite support calendar sync in Settings → Integrations.
Can multiple trucks share one account?
Elite supports multi-truck management; Basic/Pro are single entity.

Pick a plan, create your profile, add menu/photos, and publish.
Do you help with setup?
Yes — setup guidance for all plans; priority support for Pro & Elite.
Event Organizers — FAQs
How do I post an event?
Create your organizer profile, post an event with details, and review vendor applications in your dashboard.
Is there a fee to list events?
Listing is included; processor fees apply only if you charge vendors.
How do I review and approve vendors?
Use the Applications tab to filter by cuisine, rating, permits & availability.
Can I message vendors before approving?
Yes — built-in messaging lets you confirm menus and requirements.
Do you help with vendor screening?
We surface ratings and document checks; final approval is yours.
Can I feature my event?
Yes — Featured Events get priority placement and extra visibility.
Can teams manage events together?
Organizer workspaces support multiple collaborators for shared access.
How are cancellations handled?
Your own event policy applies; refunds run through your payment processor.
Can I export vendor lists?
Yes — export CSV or PDF with vendor data and time slots.
Who do I contact for support?
Use the Help link in-app or contact us (24–48 hr reply).
